Qualifications

  • Valid CCTV SIA License is essential.
  • CCTV experience is essential.
  • Strong system experience including CCTV and Access Control.

Valid CCTV SIA License is essential

We have an exciting opportunity for a CCTV Controller at one of our prestigious Shopping Centres. The role involves monitoring CCTV, responding to alarms, communicating with staff, contractors, and emergency services, and providing a customer-focused control room service.

Main Duties
  1. Monitoring and operating CCTV systems, including reporting.
  2. Responding to emergencies and liaising with emergency services.
  3. Completing reports, documentation, and handovers.
  4. Understanding and reporting on contractual agreements, SLAs, and KPIs.
  5. Following client and company procedures.
  6. Managing fire alarm tests, monitoring, and evacuation procedures.
  7. Participating in meetings.
  8. Reporting defects and following up on actions.
  9. Maintaining security standards for access, egress, and visitor regulation.
  10. Responding to requests and resolving issues within SLA timeframes.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Team player with enthusiasm.
  2. Ability to work independently.
  3. Retail security experience.
  4. Flexible approach to work.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Calmness under pressure.
  7. CCTV experience is essential.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  9. Strong system experience, including CCTV and Access Control.
  10. CCTV license is essential.
