• Flexibility to monitor continuously, even during breaks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds to ensure compliance with GMP.
• Physically verify compliance against site rules and engage with team leaders.
• Log monitoring activities and breaches for reference.

Job description

The job will be the monitoring of live/reactive CCTV systems and be dispatching the appropriate response to any threat or breach seen.

Responsibilities:

• Alternating between monitoring GMP on CCTV camera screens (all cameras, all areas) walking the floor physically verifying conformance against site GMP rules and engaging with team leaders and area managers.
• Continuous monitoring even when the factory is on break as line clearance and hygiene activities may be taking place at this time.
• Maintaining an accurate log of monitoring activities and any breaches observed
• Challenge and support (offer advice) immediately bad practices are observed
• Record observations of bad practices and actions taken on a central database accessible to only a predefined list of colleagues
• Monitor the implementation of any new ways of working or improvement actions
