• 40 hours per week
• 2 x 12 hour shifts week 1 & 5 x 12 hour shifts week 2 on days this then follows the same pattern for nights
• £12.79 per hour

Job Description:

As a CCTV Operative at Merville Barracks. Your role is vital in making sure that we provide a safe and secure environment for our clients.

What you'll do:

• Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identificationand protocols for the site/area
• Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems
• Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
• Log calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff
• Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.

What you bring:

• Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
• Standard SIA license
• Background in CCTV
• Excellent communication and awareness skills
• Experience in working in a similar role
• Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
