Job summary

The Lanes Group is the UK’s leading drainage solutions provider and is seeking a CCTV Engineer to support our expanding network in Manchester. You will operate CCTV gear to survey pipe heights and depths, recording findings and reporting to clients.

The role includes accessing pipes via manholes, working from a van equipped with CCTV and a tablet for reporting, and collaborating in a two-person team. A full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Interest in a career in field-based, hands-on operations.
• Ability to work in a 2-person team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• You will use CCTV to measure the heights and depths of the pipe, and check for debris or grease build-up.
• You will access the pipe via manhole covers to insert the CCTV camera with accuracy.
• You will carry out most work from a van equipped with the CCTV and computer system.
• You will record work on a tablet and report findings to clients.
