About The Role

Fairhill Shopping Centre

Shift: Rota based

Rate of pay: £13.09 per hour

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure the safety of staff, buildings, assets, and the public through effective security surveillance.
  • Monitor and respond to CCTV activations, following escalation and reporting procedures.
  • Accurately record reports in line with site procedures.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally, extracting and logging information out of hours.
  • Complete tasks to high standards, meeting company and customer requirements.
  • Communicate with crime partners about any incidents of crime or anti-social behaviour.
Skills & Requirements
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions in crisis and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to write incident reports for management and clients.
