Equans is seeking a full-time CCTV Control Room Operator in Stoke on Trent. The role entails managing site alarms, facilitating incident responses, and requires specific skills like CCTV knowledge and strong communication abilities. Equans is looking for a CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team in National Operations Centre Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST4 1AY on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,594.08 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
24/7 shift pattern - 4days 0700-1900, 4off, 4nights 1900-0700 4off
What will you deliver?
Managing site alarm activations, including CCTV verification and to facilitate appropriate escalation. When required, respond appropriately to requests through the Facilities Management Helpdesk and QSE Incident Reporting Hotline.
