Job Description:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) business across the DACH region & North Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement core business processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations leads.
  • Drive territory and product performance, implementing growth initiatives as needed.
  • Support dealers in developing markets and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Lead sales forecasting and delivery, working with regional teams.
  • Create and execute an annual sales plan aligned with regional goals.
  • Travel more than 50% of the time.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in complex commercial sales or direct sales roles.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tools for market analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills and process management abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English.
