Position: Care Coordinator Manager

Status: Permanent Full-Time

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or related environment
  • Enrolment or graduation from a related college diploma program is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for patients
  • Handle inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Manage reception area
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable
  • Process payments and reconcile deposits
  • Enter patient data accurately into the Lifemark Patient System
  • Submit forms to insurance companies and stakeholders promptly
  • Manage expenses and petty cash
  • Obtain and promote GMB reviews; coach staff accordingly
  • Oversee accounting controls and reporting
  • Manage payroll accurately and timely
  • Handle clinic administration and ensure protocol adherence
