The Alpha Academies Trust, based at The Discovery Academy, is seeking a Management Accountant to support the Finance Director with financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and control across the Trust. The role is on-site with hours 8:00am–4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am–3:30pm on Friday.

CCAB qualified, you will bring strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience, plus the ability to analyse and present financial information clearly.

Formación

• CCAB qualified accountant.
• Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to analyse and present financial information clearly.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an Academy Trust, education, charity or public sector is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Finance Director in delivering financial management and control across the Trust.
• Provide accurate financial information, analysis and advice for decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple academies.
• Work with Principals and budget holders, travel across the Trust as required.
