Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer’s preference, our team is on hand daily to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that make them feel good. Many products are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes, helping communities build better lives as we help customers with their skincare routines.

As a Consultant, you will offer expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and proactively engage customers to find products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
