Salary: Up to £48,000 FTE depending on experience; sessional rate £45 - £60

Hours: Varied

We are looking for a CBT Therapist for The Priory Wellbeing Centre in Oxford City Centre.

This role is hybrid; the successful candidate will be required to be on site some days for face-to-face sessions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified CBT Therapist to join our team who currently provide therapy on both a group and individual basis. Candidates will have a recognised post graduate diploma in CBT theory and practice. BABCP membership and accreditation or working towards this is required.

Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located in the heart of Oxford's city centre, providing easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people's service.

Additional Information:

Due to the site being in the middle of a shopping centre and the need for staff to travel/use public transport, you will receive a monthly payment to help cover some travel expenses.

Candidates should have experience in both individual interventions and delivering group work. Additional experience with Mindfulness and other Third Wave approaches are welcome, but fluency with Cognitive Models and their applicability to Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Phobias, and other conditions is vital.

In addition to your specialist therapeutic competence, excellent verbal and written communication, professional interpersonal skills, efficient record management, and proficiency with IT are essential attributes.

You must have the required registration with the relevant Professional body (BABCP) and adhere to the associated Code of Conduct.
