South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist to provide Step 3 diagnostic assessments and evidence-based CBT for adults with depression and anxiety. You will work within a friendly team and may supervise Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and trainees.

The role involves delivering individual and group CBT, contributing to service development and training, with flexible hours aligned to the 9am–8pm service window

Qualifications

• Specialist psychological assessment and therapy based on NICE-guided models.
• Experience in anxiety and depression services (NHS Talking Therapies) is desirable.
• Ability to supervise trainees and Practitioners within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide Step 3 diagnostic assessments for adults 18+ with depression/anxiety.
• Deliver evidence-based CBT individually and in groups.
• Supervise Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Low Intensity Trainees and High Intensity Trainees.
• Contribute to care pathways and project work within the service.
