We have an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health professional (nursing, occupational therapy or social work) to join the Maidstone Mental Health Together Plus as an Operational Team Manager.
Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the Maidstone Mental Health Together Plus Team. You will manage a team of clinical staff and support individuals to reach their potential, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
As Team Manager, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic leadership team in the new transformational model, accountable for the team's performance and operational delivery of safe and effective care in the integrated Community Services.
The ideal applicant will have experience as a band 6 or band 7 practitioner in community mental health, with a good understanding of health and social needs, and supervisory & leadership experience.
