Job description

We are currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for the Solihull area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a long-term position. The successful FLT Counterbalance Driver will come with the following attributes:

1. Ability to handle a range of pallet shapes & sizes.
2. In-date Forklift Counterbalance licence issued with an official body (i.e. ITTSAR or RTITB).
3. Comfortable with working off the truck 30% of the time assisting with some order picking/manual work.
4. Proven ability as a Forklift Driver within a similarly fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work well as part of a team.
6. Willingness to accept overtime responsibilities.
7. Very basic computer/data entry skills.

It is essential that applicants for the FLT Counterbalance Driver role are serious about making a long-term commitment to the position.

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour

Hours of work: Weekly rotational shifts (0600-1400 / 1400-2200) - please note that if you cannot commit to these hours, we may have alternative shifts available at nearby sites.
