Sales and Service

Ensuring excellent customer service is provided when assisting customers, for instance if a specific product a customer is after isn't in store, using your product knowledge to find something similar for the customer.

Ensuring merchandising guidelines are met to drive sales and maintain store standards.

Operations

Ensuring stock is correctly priced and replenished.
