Job summary

Dunbia West Devon at the Hatherleigh site is recruiting for a full-time role in our cattle abattoir. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and PPE is supplied at no extra cost.

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am offers a competitive pay range of £12.71 - £14.03 per hour, with strong health and safety standards across the site. Benefits include free parking, staff events, staff giveaways, pension scheme, and an employee assistance programme.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of roles within the cattle abattoir.
• Follow departmental SOPs.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment in line with operational requirements.
• Work closely with the manager and wider team to achieve departmental targets.
• Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
