A leading animal welfare organization in Old Windsor is seeking a Cattery Team Leader to oversee a team ensuring exceptional standards in feline care. The role involves leadership, team development, and direct involvement in the care of cats. Ideal candidates will have experience in animal welfare and strong management skills. 40 hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

Our Cattery Team Leaders provide front-line leadership and management to a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring first-class service delivery in relation to animal welfare.
This opportunity focuses on leading the cattery team in delivering the highest standards of feline welfare, care, and enrichment. You will ensure that all cats receive compassionate, individualized care and that the team operates efficiently, safely, and in line with welfare best practices.
