• Practising Catholic who can lead out the gospel values of our school and have strong links with our parish.
• Is an outstanding teacher and who thrives on making education fit to the context of the school.
• Is not afraid of a challenge and can think outside the box.
• Has a strong knowledge of the curriculum and adaptive teaching.
• Has a good grounding in SEND as we have a high percentage of SEND children on roll.
• Is a team player and enjoys leading a team.
• Can work alongside our families and community to make things better.
