Job summary

Nuffield Health Oxford is recruiting a Cardiac Cath Lab/Cardiology Nurse (Bank) to join the private cardiac service. You will work through the patient journey from pre-assessment to discharge, acting as scrub nurse and collaborating with consultants to ensure high standards of care.

The role is part-time, ad-hoc and offers up to £35.00 per hour depending on experience, with holiday, pension and gym membership benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with post-registration experience.
• Experience working in a Cardiac Catheter lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing a specialist private cardiac service to patients requiring cardiac device implantation and cardioversion.
• Being involved in the whole patient journey from pre-assessment to discharge ensuring patients' needs are met.
• Acting as scrub nurse to Consultant Cardiologists and supporting cardiology ward/recovery staff.
