Job summary

Cater Link Limited is looking for a dedicated Catering Supervisor at Kineton High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the kitchen's day-to-day operations, ensuring that students receive nutritionally balanced and tasty food. You will lead a team while maintaining excellent customer service and high food safety standards.

This is a term-time only position offering 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour. Additional benefits include access to discounts and a blended learning programme.

Job Description

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor at Kineton High School, Kineton who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. You should be organised, hard‑working and approachable, a leader responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. You should be passionate about delivering an efficient service to our students whilst ensuring we maintain great customer service and high food safety standards.

Compensation and Working Hours

• £13.50 per hour
• 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Term‑time only – 39 weeks per year

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the smooth running of the operation.
• Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously.
• Support with training, recruitment and reaching financial targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Set a great example for the team by delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Organised, hard‑working and approachable leader.
• Passion for delivering an efficient service to students.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.
