Job Description

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our existing site-based teams, ensuring future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. This role covers 8 schools within the Newham area. We serve thousands of meals daily across the UK, and we aim to maintain this exceptional service to our schools and colleges.

This is a mobile-based role, so you need your own transport. We value well-presented, organized individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for food and service. Experience in a similar environment at a similar level is preferred. The role involves hands-on support, covering in sites during absences, holidays, or additional support needs. You should have sound health and safety and food safety knowledge, a good understanding of GP calculations, and IT literacy skills. Cooking ability is essential.
