Job Description

We are hiring for a Relief Chef/Catering Manager at Ulcombe to provide cover in the Maidstone area to support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility.

The role will be mobile-based, so you need to have your own transport.

The role:
  • £13.48 per Hour
  • 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Term-time only – 39 weeks per year
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards
  • Ensuring locations meet statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation
  • Enhancing the company's reputation for excellent food and service, exceeding client and customer expectations
  • Supporting daily operations, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
