Job Description:

We are hiring for a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover in the Coventry / Bedworth area to support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility.

This is a mobile-based role, so you will need your own transport.

The role:

• £14.50 per hour
• 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 190 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• Ensuring locations meet statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations and procedures
• Enhancing the company's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers, exceeding expectations
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the location, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
