Job Description

Are you leaving school this summer and want to earn money, develop a career, and study for a degree at the same time without going to university? Then this may be the job for you!

We are looking for Management Degree Apprentices to join our team. We have a skilled team eager to share their knowledge and support you through your Apprenticeship. We will help you gain experience in various aspects of company operations and combine on-the-job training with studying one day a week with our University Apprenticeship provider.

You will develop communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Our focus is on pleasing our clients and customers and ensuring our people are safe, happy, and engaged.

Qualifications
  • Have two subjects at GCE A-level or equivalent, plus three GCSEs at grade A*-C/9-4; OR a completed recognised Access Programme or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English if prior learning was not in English (e.g., TOEFL iBT 80 or equivalent).
  • UK/EU/EAA residency for at least three years prior to starting.
  • Evidence of GCSE English and Maths passes at grade A*-C/9-4 or commitment to completing Functional Skills Level 2, provided at no cost if needed.
  • An interest and passion for food and people.
  • A genuine interest in learning.
  • Proactive with problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated and committed to the management programme from September 2024, with a 30-month apprenticeship duration.
