Job description

We are hiring for a Head Cook at City College Norwich who is committed to providing nutritionally balanced and tasty food for future generations. This is a full-time role with no weekends, offering great flexibility.

The role includes:

• £13.50 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 52 weeks per year

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• Ensuring all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed, with accurate and honest completion of all mandatory paperwork
• Enhancing the company's reputation for excellent food and service, exceeding client and customer expectations
• Supporting your line manager with daily operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
