Ideal candidates should be well-presented, organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for food and service. Experience in a similar environment at a comparable level is essential. The role is hands-on, involving working with your team, and requires sound knowledge of health and safety, food safety, GP calculations, and IT literacy. Cooking skills are a must.
