Caterlink is recruiting a Catering Assistant in Whitfield, Dover to handle food production and school meals. This term-time role offers 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, at £12.71 per hour.

Work is based on school sites across the area, providing friendly, efficient service while upholding health and safety standards. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role, reinforcing our safeguarding commitments.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Catering Assistant at Whitfield, Dover to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.71per hour
• 10 hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
