Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Catering Assistant to work at St James C of E Primary on Thursley Road. This is term-time only, 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay of £12.71 per hour for 38 weeks per year.

The role involves food production tasks and food service in school settings, maintaining safety standards, and presenting a clean, welcoming environment while supporting the Caterlink brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in school catering or food service preferred.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Catering Assistant at St James C of E PrimaryThursley Roadto perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.71per hour
• 12.5hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
