Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Saint Nicholas, Kenilworth to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This term-time only role offers 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will assist in food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure a friendly, efficient service to all customers while upholding Caterlink’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and service is beneficial.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable.
• Customer service skills to provide friendly and efficient service.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Catering Assistant at Saint Nicholas, Kenilworth to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.71per hour
• 10hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 39weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
