Job summary

Caterlink, the education sector catering specialist, is hiring for a Catering Assistant at ST GILES, STARKHOLMES, to support food production and service in our school settings. The role runs during term time, with no weekends, and includes travel to the primary site if you do not drive.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Catering Assistant at ST GILES, STARKHOLMES This role is to going into dale churchtown primary to serve then go back to St Giles to help clean up, if you do not drive there is transport to get you there and back 2.30pm finish timeto perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.96per hour
• 16hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
