Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a talented Catering Team Member to join our busy kitchen and help prepare meals to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the kitchen team to deliver great food and friendly service on park sites.

You will assist in cooking, food preparation, cleanliness, food safety, and stock handling, with opportunities for ongoing training within a supportive holiday park team.

Qualifications

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of the kitchen team, ensuring all dishes meet the quality standards.
• Help with chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and organising food stations to ensure a smooth cooking process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including cleaning work surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients to prevent contamination.
• Assist in dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes, ensuring items are sanitised and ready for use.
• Provide general support to kitchen staff, including inventory management and unpacking deliveries.
