You will support smooth running of the outlet, maintain food quality, and help coordinate the team. Prior leadership experience within catering or quick-service settings is essential. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area. This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months , offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
• Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties

Essential requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential.
• You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Assignment details

• Ongoing temporary assignment – minimum 3 months
• Working 5 days out of 7
• Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm Hours and shift patterns will vary
