Job summary

Kellan Group is recruiting an experienced Supervisor for a busy fast food operation in the Bristol area. You will lead a team, maintain service standards and ensure efficient day-to-day running during busy periods. The role is an ongoing temporary assignment with a minimum of 3 months, working five days out of seven.

Shifts range from early morning to late evening and rates are competitive. Prior supervisory or team-leading experience in fast service or high-volume environments is essential,

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.

The role

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy fast food / quick-service food operation. You will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help ensure excellent standards of customer service, food quality and operational efficiency.

• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained


• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation


• Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety

Essential requirements

Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential.

You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

• Ongoing temporary assignment - minimum 3 months


• Working 5 days out of 7


• Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm


• Hours and shift patterns will vary
