Job summary

Caterplus, part of Elior UK, is seeking a General Assistant to support daily site operations at Elm Lodge in the UK. You will assist with cleaning, stocking, and coordinating supplies while upholding health and safety standards and delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, contributing to a welcoming and well-run environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and tidying of the work environment.
• Support team members with various duties as required.
• Help with receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Operate basic machinery or tools safely under supervision.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support across operational tasks to ensure smooth daily running of the site.
• Join our catering team at Elm Lodge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Assist with a variety of tasks as required by the team.
