• Keep menus up to date with current offers
• Provide warm and friendly service
• Follow COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards
• Genuine interest in customer service excellence

• Catering and barista experience desirable but not essential

• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
