Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Catering Supervisor to oversee kitchens and service counters across our major High Street brand operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food and customer service, supervising teams, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

This position offers opportunities for progression within a global leader in catering. You will coordinate with line managers to monitor KPIs, lead by example, and ensure consistent quality across all venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience required.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate is required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week., Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
