Join Derbyshire Catering Service as a Mobile Catering Supervisor

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our award-winning Derbyshire Catering Service team. We are currently seeking an experienced Catering professional to lead kitchen teams in the Ilkeston area.

Role Overview:

As a Mobile Catering Supervisor, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, service, and clerical duties using a digital management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen teams and operations effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude suitable for a school environment to create enjoyable lunchtime experiences for customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full driving license and access to a car are essential due to the role's nature.
  • Ideally hold NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or possess relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.

Salary: Starting salary within the grade is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Provisional Interview Date: June 2025
