Job summary

Eurest UK, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Catering Supervisor to oversee catering operations on a full-time basis at Eurest sites in Harwell. You will manage kitchens and service counters, lead teams, and ensure exceptional food quality and customer service in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of catering experience, holds a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and demonstrates strong communication and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
