What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support catering staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Liaise with planners to ensure all catering requirements are met
  • Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accounted for
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues effectively and professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, COSHH, and HACCP
