Job summary

Lexington is recruiting a Supervisor to lead the catering operation at Lidl's new build site in Surbiton. You will oversee the restaurant and hospitality, manage a team of five, and ensure high-quality service for up to 300 covers daily in a vibrant setting.

The role requires strong front-line leadership, a focus on customer service excellence, and reliable self-motivation to work with minimal supervision. Catering experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
• Previous catering experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Motivating and managing a team of 5.
• Controlling and managing a budget.
• Accountable for team communications and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
• Ensuring COSHH, Food Safety, H&S and regulatory compliance.
• Managing both restaurant and hospitality to assure smooth service.
