My client is a leading caterer, and I am currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to be based at their site in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

For this Catering Supervisor role, I am looking for a candidate who has:

• Had full barista training
• The ability to manage a catering operation
• Financial understanding of labour costs, food costs, etc.
• Strong understanding of food, allergens, and health & safety
