Job summary

Restaurant Associates in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor who can lead our catering and service operations with passion for exceptional food and world-class customer service. This is a full-time role contracted to 35 hours per week, based on-site at our Birmingham venue.

You will oversee kitchens and service counters, supervise culinary teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and represent Compass Group UK&I while delivering memorable dining experiences for

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering setting.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Catering Supervisor - Birmingham

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
