Job description

A vacancy has occurred for a Catering Supervisor at Fintry Primary School. The ideal candidate is motivated, interested, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Supervisory experience with at least 3 years of good quality cooking and presentation skills.
  2. Desirable: REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification.
  3. Essential: Elementary Food Hygiene qualification.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all kitchen activities related to food production, ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act, and other relevant legislation. Must meet the demands of the service provided to customers.

Additional Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If progressed after interview, you will need to complete the necessary verification process.
