Job description

Catering Supervisor | 8469 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum (Scale E) | Norwich Castle

Due to the re-opening of Norwich Castle, we are seeking a Catering Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining high standards in customer care, food presentation, and health and safety. You will work closely with the cook in charge to provide food and staff, and to supervise the daily catering operations of the castle and evening events.
