Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 15.30 / 07:30 - 16:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £14.15

The Catering Supervisor will assist the Catering Manager in organising and controlling all aspects of the catering operation to ensure compliance with client expectations, company policies, and statutory regulations.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality food and service, the role includes responsibility for barista duties and ensuring hospitality service excellence throughout the operation.

The Role

  • Supervise and support catering staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Manage daily food service operations, including barista and hospitality areas.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure front-of-house areas are presentable.
  • Oversee hospitality bookings, stock control, and retail space presentation.
  • Monitor financial performance, including ordering, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Build strong client relationships and support service innovation.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance development of team members.
