Base pay range

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and proactive Catering Supervisor to join our Green & Fortune team at our newest location - One Southwark Bridge.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the TCP (Tea and Coffee Points) department, fostering a positive team environment.
2. Ensure efficient and consistent service during all operating hours.
3. Oversee order processing and conduct stocktakes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
4. Prepare and submit weekly spend reports accurately and on time.
5. Supervise department equipment, ensuring maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
6. Support the café team as needed — strong barista skills are essential.
7. Take responsibility for departmental operations in the absence of the manager.

Requirements:

1. Attention to detail, planning skills, and a passion for customer service and team development.
2. Experience in retail or contract catering as a team leader or supervisor.
3. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
