Job summary

Impact Food Group is hiring a Catering Supervisor at Harvey Grammar School in Folkestone. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm (37.5 hours/week) for 37 weeks a year (term time plus inset days). Salary is £20,310.38 per annum.

You will support the Chef Manager in day‑to‑day kitchen operations, supervise a kitchen section, and lead a team to deliver high‑quality, hygienic service to students and staff. Benefits include free meals on shift and ongoing training.

What will I be doing?

As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll support the Chef Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead a team that delivers a high-quality food service.

• Leading and motivating team members during service
• Delivering a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers

• Providing counter service and operating the till
• Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
