Join us as a Catering Supervisor in our Northampton Club, offering a 40-hour contract which requires you to be fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
The Role You’ll Play
As an F&B Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the bar and kitchen service and motivating the team. You ensure our food is prepared and served in line with company standards, consistently delivering fantastic quality to our customers. Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu, suppliers, and procedures for dish preparation
- Monitor and record wastage, reporting to the Duty Manager
- Operate according to company standards and procedures
- Check-in food deliveries, complete administration, and store correctly
- Ensure stock rotation (FIFO) and accurate stock counts
- Cook food from our menu to specification and standards
- Perform other duties as required
- Create a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels: online, in club, and live
The Winning Combination We’re Looking For
- Experience in cooking to specification, following directions, and preparing meals based on brand standards
- Desirable: experience with 'cook to order' menus
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen and bar environment
- Knowledge of legal cooking requirements, including minimum temperatures
