Overview

Varndean School is looking for a reliable and hardworking Catering Supervisor. 32.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year) 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday (incl 30 min unpaid break).

Salary scale 4a point 9 - 10 (£27,254 - £27,694 pro rata) actual starting salary £20,739.74.

Under the guidance of the Catering Manager, the successful applicant will provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, and assist the Catering Manager with ordering and invoicing processes. Reporting to the Catering Manager, this is an important role in maintaining the school's high hygiene and kitchen standards. we are looking for someone who works well in a team, who has a systematic approach to their work and who is able to follow established procedures.
