Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.99
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 30
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (08:00 am to 02:00 pm)
Location: B&Q, Burton Road, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, England, DE14 3FN

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the catering team and serve as the face of the catering brand at a customer site.
  • Open and close the business as required.
  • Manage stock controls and inventory accuracy.
  • Undertake other duties necessary for the effective operation of the site, including ordering, cash collection and banking.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High standards with strong attention to detail; hardworking, energetic and confident.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential, as full development and training will be provided.
  • Previous catering experience within a similar environment is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is required; appropriate numeracy, literacy and communication skills to perform role duties.
  • Ability to work well in a team or under own initiative, and flexibility to take on different tasks as required.
